This policy explains how SmmOS (smm.energy) collects, uses and protects data. SmmOS is a tool for publishing content to social media accounts and engaging with audiences on behalf of its customers.

Data we collect
Account data you give us: name, email, company name. Data from connected social accounts that you authorize: account ID, username, display name, avatar, and access tokens issued by the platform (TikTok, Instagram, Threads and others). Content you upload: videos, images, captions, schedules. Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request).
The free strategy form on smm.energy saves your website or social profile link and your email, plus technical data to protect the form from abuse: your IP address (for IPv6, its network), your browser's user agent and the referring page (referer).
TikTok data
When you connect a TikTok account, we receive only the permissions you grant: basic profile info (user.info.basic) and permission to upload and publish videos (video.upload, video.publish). We use them only to show which account is connected and to publish videos that you have approved, at the time you scheduled. We do not read your private messages, followers or other users' data. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for advertising.
How we use data
To provide the service: publish and schedule content, show publishing status, and support you. The website or social profile link and email from the form are used to prepare your free SEO, GEO and SMM strategy, respond to your request and follow up. They are also saved in our customer relationship management system (CRM). When you send the form, a notification with your website address and email goes to our team in Telegram. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we control. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are available only to the publishing service. Access is limited to authorized staff.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can disconnect a social account in the dashboard at any time; its tokens are deleted. To delete all your data, write to us via pulsarit.io/#contact; we delete it within 30 days. You can also revoke access in your TikTok app settings. We keep requests from the form on smm.energy for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. To delete the website address and email you sent through the form on smm.energy, write to us the same way, via pulsarit.io/#contact; we delete them within 30 days.
Sharing
We share data only with the social platforms you connect (to publish your content), with hosting providers that run our servers, with Telegram (to deliver form notifications to our team), with Google Analytics (to measure use of the public website), with Microsoft Clarity (session replays and heatmaps of the public website), or when required by law.
Website analytics and cookies
Google Analytics and our customer data platform (CDP) measure visits to our public website using cookies and browser storage. This includes browser identifiers, pages viewed, engagement, campaign attribution and button interactions. When you submit a strategy request, our CDP associates the email and business link you provide with that request. We do not send your email or business profile link to Google Analytics.
Microsoft Clarity records session replays and heatmaps of the public website (clicks, scrolls, page movement); text typed into forms is masked and not recorded. Clarity is a Microsoft service and uses cookies.
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and our customer data platform run on every public page. By using the site you agree to this. If you do not agree, leave the site or block cookies and scripts in your browser settings. On your first visit we show a short notice and remember in this browser for up to 180 days that you have seen it.
Server access and security logs are created when you request a page.
Cloudflare website performance measurement is always active. Cloudflare also hosts and protects this website, and essential server delivery and security logs are created when a page is requested.
Children
The service is not intended for people under 18.

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
